Get well matt. matt is in hospital after a car crash that he suffered quite badly. He came out of hospital to collapse again in work and now under life saving operation. This was his original post.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to play for a while, I collapsed at work, and am now in hospital, I am going into surgery in 2 days time, with a minimal chance of survival... on my phone at this time, and if i don't see you after, best of luck

Yeap! Thinking of ya buddy... think its just an excuse for him to be surrounded by the nurses tho

See your magpies actually won a game against the team from Northampton... sorry, Coventry at the weekend 3-0! JAMMY!!!!! (for those that dont know, Coventry play their home games at Northampton, 34 miles away from Cov LOL)

Coming out of hospital today, how about that for speedy........ it took a bit of reassuring though, really didnt think i was there yet, but they are the professionals i guess...

Having the time to think about it though, they are right, i do think i'm ready to leave, although the plaudits won't stop, everyone is gobsmacked at how quick i have recovered :P

it all depends how well the body responds to the treatment m8, but glad to hear things are looking up, and hope you are back when you feel ready to reprise your place here :)

Yeah, thankfully they found it very simple in the end, they even admitted it was easier than they predicted, so tis all good, finally back home, but regular visits are happening, so all is good, starting to feel ok, far from 100% yet though
