It will eventually, everything does eventually.
Hmm not necessarily, granted that all of the GTA series has started or made its way onto PC at some stage but there are numerous console based games that never made it to PC. All the major big name games have though.

I've played it on X-Box360 and th game play of it isn't really that good, hop it is better on PS3

He works for rockstar. Banning it for a month will make people want it more = more money for the creators
