Team name is owned by buzby147 so he would need the owner/majority of former members permission to use the current name.
Negativity by members (not singling anyone out) though is what folds clans before they start.
If you want to enter your team in the clan league though, i would take a break until mid-december unless your teammates don't mind the wait

Nummber One.. team name? There is already Snooker Legends, do we need Funky Legends?
Secondly, so you are are completely aware... the NEW SEASON starts NEXT YEAR.. 2014.... .. its currently September...

Nothing has to change because Sniper is the Founder of the name, Not Buzby, end of story

Right now, nothing needs to happen. If both teams were to make it to the league at some point, one would need to change their team name.

i was simply referring to cam saying he came up with the name Snooker Legends..if he did and is now bringing it up after nearly 2 years of me using it..

Yeah true point, Not trying to cause a arguement but if i bought a clan back i'd make a new name anyway as snooker legends are more of a established clan so they own it really.

Thats a different name although all these 'Legends' i can already see the confusion.
They only need to change if someone created a clan using the exact naming of another name unless the previous captain doesn't mind.
