SIX OF THE BEST FOR CHEZZ

Chezz came back off a long break from snooker to produce a fine win against race runaway quickpot, who seemed to be on the end of a fair few bad shots.

Chezz started off the better, just squeezing the first frame after a couple of flukey snookers from his opponent, before a mistake was made, and chezz cleared the rest of the colours. The second frame seemed to be the same, and quickpot just missed out again.

Quickpot sprung back to life in the 3rd frame, trouncing him with a few stunning shot, but chezz the surprised everyone when he took the fourth and fifth frame, making it 4-1.

Quickpot didn't know how to respond, making simple yet costly mistake, but nothing was stopping chezz in the 6th frame, and was the final 2 colours away from making a half a century, something he hasn't done for 2 months. This shook quickpot badly, and had several chances to win the 7th frame, but missed many a chances.

The 8th and final frame seemed to be a turning point though, a saving grace for quickpot, who proved why he was leading this race, and leading it well. He racked up 2 decent breaks, including a 41, the highest of this interval, and proving his worth.

Despite the big loss, quickpot's brilliant lead means he still continues this race with a nice lead.

DAVES' QUICKPOTTING SKILLS NOT SEEN AGAIN

Quickpot suffered at the hands of an ever improving chezz, with nothing to show for his first lot frames he's earned up to yet.

Chezzs' brilliant arcade form continues at the hands of quickpot, who yet again struggled with his potting and shot power, whilst chezz, yet to get a half a century for 4 months, managed to play his shots well and grind out the results.

Chezz would have earned up to 20 rank points in the last 12 games from quickpot if they were ranked. The gap has closed from 9 to 2.
