When can we raise the security settings again nick?

It takes a few days to process the order including a number of steps. I'm currently waiting for there response.

Ok, so leave them at medium for the time being. Would it be possible for you to post when it is all settled so we know when we can raise the security again ?

Comp tells me I have the latest version installed

When I click play I either get just a black - or white screen where the table should be.

java sucks :)

you need to uninstall your current version (probably 7.65), download and install ver 7.60 or 7.55 and wait for the next crappy release and cross your fingers it is stable this time ;)

Hi, I was playing yesterday when suddenly the game froze, I got a message saying java update needed or something like that. Anyway the game froze and I had to do a ctrl, alt, delete to get out. I installed the java update and tried to go back and play. I got into the main page no problem but when you click on play all I get is a black screen and the advert over to the left - and that screen freezes! The ONLY way out is to do a ctrl, alt, delete.
So I tried it with Chrome, same problem except with a white screen rather than a black one. So I tried it with Firefox, same problem.
The other week I had something similar happen excpet it was this java problem so I called a computer shop and asked them to visit the site and try it for me, they had the same problems as me so it was not my settings or computer. Are you having technical problems please?
I look forward to hearing from you, I need my snooker lol, what a great game you have for us to enjoy. Thank you for that, I just hope normal service will come back soon.

Same issue with users on pool, try loading an older version of Java as this has helped some members on pool.

I loaded an old version of java and it is fine now
