Premium will be an optional upgrade that will cost money.

Basically it will remove the adverts, and give you more options (listed on the premium page).

Also it allows you to financially contibute / support the website to enable it to be successful in the future :)

However if you're happy with what you get as a free element you may continue indefinately - there is no plan to remove this!
