Basically if someone refuses under normal league rules they are awarded the maximum penalty, but i was going to award a 0-0 default, in this case i may award 1-0 or more to the person who didn't refuse (same points scale but less impactful on frame difference)

ok fair enough but i never expected them to be played quickly, you see how slow Baffs Event was at the end with active players, Cup is the main concern as the deadline is just over a week away.

League has the same but those re-roll and can be played anytime until the final set deadline reducing the chance of any defaults.
