Java problems - again

So, once again, Java is killing Funky Snooker - certificates expired, etc.

No longer able to load a game - blocked by java.

Java site exceptions make no difference.

Pity.

Shall have to look for a site that is not best by security issues.

Open your java home page and add funkysnooker.com to the exceptions list, worked for me

seismick is right...just open java..configure ..security settings and add funkysnooker.com to exceptions.

I've done add java to exceptions.

Mine says enable java (already is)

Done Active X disable, Done scripting enable.

Nothing working at all.

I did following.

Use different browser to install Java (again x5, used chrome but only IE works for funky for me);

https://www.java.com/en/download/chrome.jsp

Install. Open browser where you wish to play funky and click pop up at bottom enable. (no exceptions done other than running a high security risk).

Once click play on funkysnooker pop-up will come up, click run. (Had risk, nick's name funkysnooker)

Phew, thanks for the advice folks!

Every few months when it looks like something has finally killed life as I've known it over the last 10 years, some cunning work around let's me carry on!

I cant get on this site either saying i need to enable java but it is enabled ive tried everything

I think its java 7 ya need, not the latest

The latest version works fine. Here's how to make it work:

Go to Java in your Windows START list.
Open "Configure Java"
Go to the "Security" tab
You will see a box at the bottom "Exception Site List"
Click the box "Edit Site List..."
Copy into that box:
https://www.funkysnooker.com/
Then "OK" and "OK" to get out of Java.
Reboot Internet Explorer (doesn't work in other browsers) and go to Funkysnooker. You will probably get a prompt asking you to enable Java which you need to do!

Personally i manually download the game straight from my Browser when it asks.

I have Java installed, but it asks for it all the time, but by downloading it straight to my browser, and logging in through the game itself, it worked for me :)
