Assuming this is a consent issue? Perhaps if every conversation in match is started by including:

"By chatting to spinthedisc in this match you automatically consent and agree to any of this text chat being being posted in the forum."

This could actually discourage rude / annoying players.

It would come down to a few things;

-Would need to inform that player you would want to write a bad or good report about them:

-Why would you want to play this person in the first place to be named for something that may not be true. All can be edited:

-May lead to less games been played if people dont want to be involved:

-Also comes down to breaking site rules; naming & shaming!

Could do a player rating;

Under 5....
