That's for the two clans to decide. Players can still change teams until the fixtures come out. After that, they'll need to wait until the mid-season transfer window.

From this point on, free agents must have an account at least 31 days old to play.

Transfers are no longer allowed- there will be a transfer window in the middle of the season.

All team changes always take effect at the end of a fixture- if you remove someone, they are still allowed to play for the remainder of the ongoing fixture.
