SO what do you think of the 2011 season so far

With Vettel dominating in nearly every race, do you think it's boring?

what do you think about the new rules with the new DRS system, new pirelli tyre's and the return of KERS

Only person coming near to Vettel is Hamilton, sick of Vettel tbh

Noo I don't find it boring... To me this is a very exciting season

Vettel is doing so well but give the Mclarens a few more tweeks on their Cars and they will give them a run for the money and also we can never rule out Ferarri they are always dark horses they are the ones with the know it all and I think maybe not this season but we still see a new structure of Ferrari next season as they are being out classed atm

2 Activation zones a lap for Montreal...How often will we see one guy pass in the 1st zone, then the other driver re-take the place in the 2nd zone.

25 points a win, only really takes a problem for Vettel and thats a decent size chunk taken from his lead, but it needs a turn around soon.

Totally agree they need to be beating vettel soon


Button or Alonso could of won the last race i feel if it wasn't for the red flag

Aye, the convenient red flag created by a driver of Red Bull's 'sister team' prevented Vettel of the pressure of Button on better tyres.

Why did they change the points system? There was some very close seasons after michael chubacka left with only few points in it.
Then they change it for someone can run away with it, (button in 09) and Vettel this year.

the only reason they changed the points system is because they wanted the winner of the race to get a big points difference

as it use to be 10 points for a win and 8 for 2nd now its 25 for 1st and 18 for 2nd

but yeah i preferred the old way

I prefered the old way it was always more epic towards the end of the season

But last year when there is 1 of 3/4 drivers who can win it on a final race that's what Foruma 1 is all about!

The points sytem didn't change last years outcome..I think I read in one of F1 magazines that the only thing different from last season using the new system was that Alguersauri scored a point.

1st to 3rd in both systems are 60%. finishing 4th is still around half the points for a win now. Not really a lot of change in my view with the system, other than giving a bigger bonus of a win. In both systems 5th place is 40% of 1st. 6th is around a qaurter. So the percentages are still roughly similar.

The Bahrain grand Prix is back i don't really like that grand Prix it isn't very exciting

Probs due to the increased number of Cars now. Although that would contradict the old school 10-6-4-3-2-1 system

He's arrogant he's like a big baby at times and to be fair...If I was a F1 Driver I wouldnt think about the other team mate it's all about yourself winning
