Made this thread ^ on here ages ago and it got allot of responses and there seems to be a good few game fans on here. Since then i have played allot of games and now my list is quite different. Be good to see how other people feel about their favourites atm again.

Old List: Console (no order):
all COD games from COD 4 (360)
all Metal Gear Solid from Tactical Espionage Action (PS1/2)
Pokemon Games (GBC/GBA/DS) and yes im still into it.
Final Fantasy series (PS1) from 7 to 9 although a disk is missing from 9 so not really got into it. 7 is my ulitmate favourite though.

I forgot about the pokemon games again lol. Loved red/blue/gold/silver. Seriously don't know how many times i've played them but it's allot. Never caught them all though lol. Could maybe add vice city in the list somewhere as well. By far the best GTA imo

I completely forgot about funky snooker lol. Don't know where i'd add it into my list but it defo belongs in there somewhere. Spent god knows how many hours playing this(somewhat regrettably). I'd rank it as the best online game i've played, better than COD, FIFA etc!

hedno all your games seen to be new, but they not a patch on the oldies ;)
what about theme hospital and theme park world?
i loved playing dark alliance 2 player, was a very good campain and cant complete in a day!

^ Big Final Fantasy fan then lol. I make a point to try and play games that people/critics deem in the lists of the best of all time and have found some gems!. My next games to play are Red Dead Redemption and the Ico and shadows of the Colossus HD collection.
In most lists, ff7 is there and me not being a fan of RPGS i never got round to it. I borrowed my cousins ps1 and ff7 few months back and got into the game and enjoyed it(especially the story and Seperoth as a character). For unknown reasons i stopped playing it though at about the start of disc 2 . Tried again but stopped again lol. I'm still resolute that i will finish it though because the story is to engrossing for me not to . Thinking of buying it off the PSN store.

It's the C64's 30th birthday today
Amazing things is that im 30 in two weeks and I got one for my 5th Birthday (it was that or a dog.... (mum got the dog for her birthday a week later )....
Even 5 years after launch it was the best thing around by miles....
Wouldn't happen today.....

I love Final Fantasy but the order i put them in was not my fav order. I have 7,8 and 9 for PS1 on disk still and 10 on PS2 but i still bought them all from 5-9 off the playstation store. My personal favourite was 10 due to the storyline with tidus and jechts story and yunas quest to become a summoner but 7 easily comes close to that one. Its probably one of the most emotional games i have played due to Sephiroth killing Aeris which upset me because she was a much loved character. This year Final Fantasy 10 is being remastered and is going to be released for PS3 and PS Vita so i will definately be buying that and its one that i would reccomend to play.

Throughout all the years? Hmmm...
Gonna have to say:
1) Pokemon Franchise - Grew up with these games, just so fun!
2) Battlefield 3 - May be rather new, but it is unlike any other First Person Shooter I have ever played, absolutely outstanding!
