Cambridgshire is a shire country, which is strictly speaking, a dual-language tautology since the French-derived "county" means the same as the older Anglo-Saxon word "shire".

Shire, there is one of those near me, Hertfordshire.

Hertfordshire is where I used to live. More specifically the market town of Royston.

Royston, I used to know someone who lived there.

There aren't many people who could even place it on a map.

Map, I wouldn't need one of those to find it.

It can't be too hard even without a map .. providing you have a GPS.

GPS, is that the same as a satellite navigation system?
