You can prob find a really cheap 1 for bout £25 on ebay or amazon. Prob cheaper if you browse round for a bit. Best to buy from a trusted seller with good feedback and offered warranty though.

haha i think the shipping rates to the u.s. may be a bit expensive no no just kidding. i by all means was searching about amazon, but i was wondering if anyone who builds computers, etc. had a trusted site they could use. i am still a bit iffy on buying things like this on amazon or ebay because they could easily claim a battery new when indeed its some sketchtastic man who's used his for 15 months and sent it off to me.

I've brought quite a few things from ebay and amazon and everything i've had has been boxed and sealed, can't really complain for that price anyway. If it's not as described then you can send it straight back.

I bought a new battery from Ebay from a trusted seller. When it was delivered it looked great, worked and everything seemed well.

Then after a month and a bit it stopped working, I gave it a closer inspection and it wasn't officialised or anything, in fact it looked very cheap.

I sent the seller an email, and she just said that she didn't list it as official so she was within her rights to sell me cheap tat. (Or words to that effect)

Now I'm back using my old battery with it being constantly on charge or it drains within 5 minutes.

Yeah you come England! How's this for a deal if you pay for traveling expenses (you coming from america to personally pick it up) I will buy you the battery lol

In all seriousness, it's difficult for me to mention a American website to buy stuff off as I would never have to do so hmmm
