Using the same provider as last time:

.. i have created a league: Funkypool League

First you shall have to sign up if you are not a member (People who were in the league last time can just re-login and pick a team)

Once logged in you select your team out of the players in the Permiership and confirm it.

Once thats done u can then click : JOIN OR CREATE A LEAGUE on the right hand side... Click JOIN
And type the following code: 108340-22571 Then u shall be entered.

P.S I'm running the same league on pool so its a combined league for both snooker and pool players
