I can't see Luca winning it but I hope he makes good progress, maybe reach the quarters or the semis. If I was to put my money on anyone it would be Mark Allen.

Can't wait for this to start,
I went for Mark Selby @ 11.5 and Ding Junhui @ 14 and two long shots, Martin Gould @ 110 and Stuart Bingham @ 150.
2 yrs ago i made a fortune w/ a similar long shot, it was Graeme Dott i got him @280 and traded @10 when he reached the semi-final / final!! Didn't like him much as a player but 280/1 for a former World Champ was too much to ignore!
Luca Brecel is a hot prospect, but i don't think he can beat Maguire over 19 frames, let's wait and see!

This will be Ali Carters last tournament.
Hes slipped out of the top 16, and He probably wont get through the last 32 let alone the 2nd round.
And he said if hes not in the 16 by the end of the season, and not enjoying it, he will retire..
Shame after the 147 and going to the final in 08 He crumbled since then.
