The idea for defaults and tying it to the league is to make sure people take this seriously and dont just flunk out like in all other previous individual leagues that have been attempted.

I dont know if immediate defaults is correct or not, but there has to be some sort of penalty for signing up and then simply dumping it, thereby screwing everyone else over.

D_legend - Default info is asked for (which will be requested soon) and is then looked at to see who made the most effort. There's no need to worry. If like you say you have made all the effort then you will get the win and nothing will count against you. Works the same way as the main league.

M_wood - We decided that open deadline fixtures were a bad idea as generally the event becomes disorganised with everybody leaving their games till the end. The extended deadlines or games played early (such as allypunk vs turtle) are for when players know that they will have issues in certain weeks with things like holidays etc. That does require a bit of responsibility on the players part , ie checking schedules and clashes early but we can't bottle feed everyone.

There are no captains or teams, it is an individual's league so not making the effort to play games (note effort and actually playing them are different things) is solely down to the player and so responsibility falls to them.

Played one, won one. The second game he was not around at all.

In the second set of fixtures, _talented_ has deactivated, and the other guy, hasn't been online in 10 days.....

When people leave, we have to wipe all the fixture they were involved in yeah, otherwise it will be unfair on those who didnt get to play that person yet

Theres probably a case to close Division 3.. and merge the reliable players from it into Division 2

Sarah, wiggy, miss_harriet and captain jack are the only active & reliable players in that division

Divison 2 - Onevisit is out
Division 1 - Acepotter is out
Prem - Pattie inactive

Could be a case of promoting 1 player from the divisons, to make the top 2 divisions 12 players.. and division 3 14.... and then let them catch up on the games already played or something or give them 3 games for a week, and 3 for the next etc till they are caught up!

I think this would be great as i am trying so hard to get hold of players in division 3 but having no joy at all..makes it boring if they don't come on to play!
