Carom Tennis Tournament

Unlimited players will compete in a Tennis Knockout Tournament in Carom

Looking for at least 8 players but if more join thats fine too

Format

Rounds: Best of 1 Set
Quarter Final: Best of 3 Sets
Semi Final: Best of 5 Sets
Final: Best of 7 Sets

Rules

As in real tennis each frame you win earns you 1 game

You need to be +2 ahead by the time someone gets to 6 points. If result is 5-5 or 6-5 then carryon playing until someone is 2 frames in front (e.g. 6-4, 7-5, 8-6, 9-7 etc)

That person then takes the set, Get to the required sets to win the match and advance through to next round

Aces

There will also be a competition for most Aces which involves 5+ Runs

If you get a 10+ Run you get a 'First Serve Ace'
If you get a 5+ Run you get a 'Second Serve Ace'

No matter which one you get it will count as 1 'Ace'
