The reason of this (8/10 situations) is because Moderators were naturally chosen to those who are familiar with the site and have used it for quite along time. Obviously that makes then better than say someone who is newer.

By the way please don't start another arguement its getting rather boring capping threads!

Yep, like revenge said, One reason for a moderator to be picked is the amount of time one has dedicated to the site (usually symbolises their reliability and organisation skills).

Therefore, as moderators have been registered on the site longer, they have had long to practice e.t.c.

My excuse is i practice on funkypool.com before i moved here.... and i'm lazy so i spend most of my spare time playing snooker with newbies..
