Hey everyone I'm just interested to see what games people rate in their top 5/10 list. There have bin many classics over the years.
Here's a list of mine.
1.METAL GEAR SOLID
2.HALF LIFE 2
3.HALF LIFE
4.SUPER MARIO BROTHERS
5.COD MODERN WARFARE

5th: SUPER MARIO BROTHERS
- 2nd best Nintendo game ever created, surprised that it only made 5th in my list, but I do have four more games that I really like
4th: POKEMON BLUE
- Another great game, and the best game Nintendo ever created. This is an absolute beauty for the Game Boy. Just love it.
3rd: TETRIS
- Everyone underestimates this game, and it is clearly the best game in its generation. It still survives now, and I still very much enjoy a few hours of Tetris
2nd: COUNTER STRIKE 1.6
- Old school FPS. One of the first ever PC games I have played, and one of the best I have ever played. Not as good as number 1, but I can play that all day (as well as Funkysnooker of course )
And Numero Uno!

1st: FINAL FANTASY VII
- What can you say about this game? One of the true classics in its own kind, and blows all games into the distance with everything. Graphics are immense, even for that generation. Gameplay is awesome and fun, and best of all, it is Square Enix's production, who are awesome

Console (no order):
all COD games from COD 4 (360)
all Metal Gear Solid from Tactical Espionage Action (PS1/2)
Pokemon Games (GBC/GBA/DS) and yes im still into it.
Final Fantasy series (PS1) from 7 to 9 although a disk is missing from 9 so not really got into it. 7 is my ulitmate favourite though.

I forgot about the pokemon games. Wouldn't make my top 5 but thats only by a whisker. I might get them out of storage and play them again but this time try not to use the rare candy cheat lol.

i had to cheat on MGS 1 when under torture i dont have a fast finger and ended up dying n 3rd go everytime so was either buy a turbo pad or use cheat disk what i had (unlimited life, rations etc).

As an aside, Cheat Codes were originally meant as development debug tools that got left in only to be discovered by hackers and exploited. Often wonder if the developers had not made this mistake, the culture of 'it's OK to cheat on a game' wouldn't have been so prevalent as it is

Had to judge it on length of time played.
1. Football Manager/Championship Manager
Brought every edition since about 1996, love it!
2. Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas
Love the GTA games and this was my favourite.
3= Sonic
For obvious reasons
3=Resident Evil 4
Had to tie this with Sonic, must have completed it about 30 times, never get bored of it lol

5. Sensible World of Soccer
Found this management sim on the snes before football manager and spent loads of time at me mates playing this after school

I never completed the torture on MGS1 no matter how many times I tried. Iv completed the game heaps and heaps of times but never managed that

yeah its impossible without cheating but i wanted to see both endings so i used my cheat disk for unlimited life just for torture.
